Ordinary V belt
l Ordinary V-belts use high-strength, high-elastic-modulus, low-shrinkage HMLS cords as skeleton materials, and high-strength, flexural-resistant natural rubber and flexible polyester fabrics as skeleton supplementary materials, which have the advantages of large bearing load and long belt length. It has the advantages of small running shrinkage and fatigue resistance, and is suitable for high-power mechanical collars.
l The triangle belt has two kinds of special belt core structure and rope core structure, which are respectively composed of four parts: wrapping cloth, top rubber, tensile body and bottom rubber. The V-belt with rope core structure is easy to manufacture, with average tensile strength and low price. The V-belt with special belt core structure has good toughness and high strength, and is suitable for occasions with high rotation speed.
