SF-1 Oil-free lubricated bearings

     Self-lubricating bearings are divided into composite material self-lubricating bearings, solid inlaid self-lubricating bearing shafts, bimetallic material self-lubricating bearings, and special material self-lubricating bearings. According to different uses and working conditions, different self-lubricating bearings are selected.

     SF-1 metal composite self-lubricating material takes high-quality low carbon steel as the substrate, sintered spherical porous copper powder layer in the middle, and wear-resistant lubricating material mainly made of PTFE on the surface as the bearing working layer. This material has excellent mechanical bearing capacity. The copper powder layer can not only transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing in time, but also improve the bonding strength between the plastic layer and the substrate. PTFE is designed for complete dry friction, and a variety of materials have been developed based on lubrication, coefficient of friction and durability requirements.
